In a land of deadly cold
Freezing wind blinds the eyes
Freezing water shatters the teeth,
Snow drags them underneath

Flame bursts the mind and the sky
Freeing only the cries
Still masses run to the heat,
While hell cracks beneath

Masses walk alone their crawling
Crawling on their feet
You keep them sound, so the world has no shame

Souls bask in rays at the center
Thoughts penetrate sound
Seeking out the tallest flame,
The few have the blame

Husks saturate nature
Living died centuries ago
Punish the strayed flames
And pull on the reigns

The beast turns to eat the foolish
The ground swallows cowards all whole
The earth feeds tamed and the weakened
But the world has no shame

Few thaw through the ice
Burning the dead alive
Realising past ways
A forgotten link

Frostbite does not choose to listen
It's grown accustomed to ice
The few stand and watch them sink
